Delegate Event Registration Booking Conditions
CONFIRMATION
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you do not receive anything within 48 hours, please contact us to ensure we have received your registration.
Please note that the automated email reply is not confirmation that you have secured a place your place is only confirmed once you have received a personalised email from the Green World Conferences team along with your invoice.
Discounts are at the organisers' discretion and proof of status may be required. All discounts must be applied when registering - discounts cannot be applied after the booking has been processed.
PAYMENT
PAYMENT FOR CONFERENCES
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date or prior to the conference, whichever is the earlier date. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.
Delegates who have not paid prior to the conference will be required to supply a credit card as a guarantee. All payments must be received prior to the exhibition. If payment has not been received we regret to advise the interested delegates that their pass will be withdrawn.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION
Delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an official letter of invitation. All requests should be sent by e-mail to the Event Manager. Please note that Green World Conferences Ltd will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel at least 10 full working days before the event date you will only be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due. Cancellations which are the result of a Force Majeure Event will also be chargeable on the above guidelines.
Substitutions are welcome at any time - there is no additional fee for direct substitutions. All other amendments to your booking may incur a 5% charge.
If you wish to change the number of days you are attending the conference, you must inform Green World Conferences Ltd prior to the event. Changes cannot be made on the day as the event costs are based on the number of delegates registered each day.
In an unlikely event that the Green World Conferences Ltd should change the date of the conference, all bookings remain valid for the new dates and no refunds will be made. Should the Green World Conferences Ltd cancel the event bookings will be valid for any other of our events of the booking party choice. No refunds will be made.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME / EVENT
Although details are correct at time of going to print, Green World Conferences Ltd reserves the right to make unavoidable changes to the programme, timings or speaker identity. Green World Conferences Ltd also reserves the right to cancel an event at any time and offer delegates an alternative date, a credit towards another event or a refund of fees without any liability for resulting or indirect loss.
FORCE MAJEUR
If for any reason arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond Green World Conferences Ltd' reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event") (including but not limited to: strikes; regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil disorder; disasters; acts of terrorism; acts of war; collapse of building structures; extreme weather conditions; and acts of God) it is necessary to make amendments to the original planning of an event or it becomes impossible to run an event, Green World Conferences Ltd is relieved of all obligations and does not take any responsibility for compensation, reimbursement of any additional expenses, inconvenience or loss of business that may be experienced by attendees. Further to this, Green World Conferences Ltd reserves the right to retain delegate fees as a contribution to all venue and administrative costs incurred.

Distribution
No part of any Green World Conferences Ltd event documentation may be copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form without prior permission from Green World Conferences Ltd.
Indemnity
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the material and integrity of the analysis presented at our events, Green World Conferences Ltd accepts no liability for the content. All registered copyrights, trademarks and logos remain the explicit property of the registered owners.
Although Green World Conferences Ltd makes every endeavour to keep the Green World Conferences Ltd USB memory sticks free from malicious software, Green World Conferences Ltd cannot make any guarantee that it is malware-free. The user shall - for his/her own protection - take the necessary steps to ensure appropriate security measures and shall utilize a virus scanner before downloading any information, software or documentation. If the supplied product is found to be faulty, Green World Conferences Ltd will issue a replacement upon return of the faulty product.
